Representative Nygren describing the history

and importance of the Wisconsin State Blue Book.

This week, the new 2009-11 Blue Books arrived in legislative offices throughout the capitol.  These Blue Books contain updated legislator profiles and numerous interesting facts and statistics regarding Wisconsin history and politics.

Every Blue Book has a featured article as well.  This session's was researched and written by Peter Susalla and James Lattis - both professors at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  This session's Blue Book article is titled, "Wisconsin at the Frontiers of Astronomy: A History of Innovation and Exploration."

If you would like a copy of the new blue book, just email my office at Rep.Nygren@legis.wi.gov.  To view archived Blue Books online just click on this link and you will be taken to a Web site where you can easily navigate through past blue books.
