An Act to amend 21.72 (1) (a) 10., 49.857 (1) (d) 10., 73.0301 (1) (d)
3m., 103.005 (10), 111.322 (2m) (a) and 111.322 (2m) (b); and to create
103.34 of the statutes; relating to: the regulation of traveling sales
crews, requiring the exercise of rule-making authority, and providing
